Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the rapid growth and innovation at The Sleep Company. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and levels. - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies. - Source talent using various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. - Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and functional fit. - Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Track and report recruitment metrics to stakeholders. - Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring practices. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing. - Continuously improve recruitment processes with a focus on speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Key Requirements- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth D2C, retail, or e-commerce environment. - Strong sourcing skills and a deep understanding of talent pools across functions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools. - Strong alignment with The Sleep Company’s core values and mission.
