ONLY Apply if you have HR consulting experiencePosition - Associate Director/ Senior HR ConsultantLocation – GurgaonExperience - MUST HAVE atleast 9 yrs of experience in HR consulting to external clients.ROLE OBJECTIVE Contribute to growing the Consulting and Capability Building practice through conceptualizing and leading consulting projects across Learning and Development, leadership development, process consulting, talent assessment and management; work closely with the sales team as a functional expert to provide solutions as the organization pitches for consulting and capability building business; represent the company's thought leadership various forums like webinars /round-tables/ conference sessions.KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND SUCCESS FACTORS:EXECUTION OF CLIENT CONSULTING PROJECTS: The role holder is a senior member of the Consulting and Capability Building team and carries the responsibility of executing client consulting projects achieving high NPS scores The projects range from HR Capability Building to People Manager Talent Assessments and Development to HR Process Consulting. While the role holder has the support of a team and/or external subject matter experts/facilitators, the end responsibility of project execution as per agreed scope and to customer delight rests with the role holder. The role holder should be able to represent the company's as a thought leader on various forums like webinars/round-tables/conference sessionsCUSTOMER ACQUISITION/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT The person will work closely with the sales team as a functional expert to provide solutions as the organization pitches for consulting and capability building business Role involves overseeing and/or creating proposals and pitch documents along with cost sheets for prospect Inherent part of this ask is thorough command and understanding of all products and services offered by the company (not limited to advisory solutions only – includes Membership, Certifications, Conferences, Marketing Events, Research and Academic Solutions)DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:MBA with a specialization in HR Mastery of theoretical and practical knowledge of HR and other related areas Previous work experience (between 9-15 years) in HR Advisory Good organization skills, reasoning and analytical ability, high energy and logical thinking, clear communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) Proficiency in English and MS applications (word, excel, power-point, outlook) High priority placed on integrity, quality of service and willingness to learn and work in a team. The role necessitates an openness to travel and flexible working hours
