Collaborate with thetraining departmentto ensure timely execution of employee training programs. Provide support onHR-related matters , such as leave policies, compensation, benefits, and employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution of any issues. HRIS management , including data migration, process optimization, and automation of HR workflows (onboarding, exits, organizational changes, performance management, etc.). Driveemployee engagement initiativesto foster a positive workplace culture, improve retention, and boost employee morale. Develop and maintainHR dashboards and reports , tracking key HR metrics such as onboarding effectiveness, employee engagement trends, leave and attendance data, and feedback analysis. Ensure accurate maintenance ofemployee records and files , in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Oversee and manageleave and attendance trackingfor all employees, ensuring adherence to policies and addressing discrepancies as needed.Requirements:1-3 yearsof experience intoCore HR Operationsrole ( TA experience Won't work ). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Strongconflict-resolution and problem-solving abilitiesto handle employee concerns professionally. Proactive, energetic, and solution-orientedmindset with a "can-do" attitude. Strong presentation skills , with the ability to convey HR initiatives and reports effectively. In-depth understanding ofbusiness administration and human resource managementbest practices.
