Associate Professor in PsychologyEligibility Criteria:1. Educational Qualification: A good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in Psychology or relevant discipline. A Master's degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade). NET/SET in Psychology. 2. Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized academic/research position equivalent to Assistant Professor .At least seven (7) publications in SCOPUS or peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. 3. Research Contributions: Evidence of high-quality research including publications, participation in academic events, guidance of M.Phil./Ph.D. scholars.Roles and Responsibilities:Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology. Curriculum development and updating. Supervising student research at postgraduate and Ph.D. levels. Publishing research in reputed journals. Participating in departmental and institutional activities. Applying for research grants and projects. Engaging in extension, co-curricular, and outreach activities. Mentoring junior faculty and students.
