This role demands astrong planner, doer, and go-getterwho proactivelyanticipates needs, executes tasks with urgency, and ensures follow-throughon critical action items. The individual must behighly organized, detail-oriented, and relentless in driving outcomes . The role requiresstrong communication, data management, and stakeholder coordination skills , with an emphasis onovercommunicationto ensure complete alignment across teams.Key Responsibilities: 1. High-Impact Execution & Stakeholder Coordination Act as theright handto the High-Performance Director, ensuring execution of strategic initiatives with urgency and efficiency. Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in execution andpush for resolutionsto keep projects on track. Ensureconstant follow-ups, overcommunication, and seamless coordinationbetween different stakeholders. Take ownership of projects fromstart to finish , ensuringtasks are completed on timewithout requiring repeated reminders. 2. Performance & Athlete Support Assist in tracking and evaluatingathlete performance, training loads, and competition readiness . Ensure structuredfollow-upson athlete assessments with theSports Science, Coaching, and Medical teams . ImplementAthlete Development Plansin collaboration with coaches and analysts, ensuringstrict adherence to timelines . Maintainreal-time recordsof athlete progress, injury management, and return-to-play protocols. 3. Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting Utilizeadvanced Excel and data analyticstotrack key performance metricsandgenerate actionable insights . Preparebusiness-critical presentationsfor high-level strategy meetings. Work closely withdata analyststo provide real-time performance intelligence that aids decision-making. Maintain adashboard for high-performance activities , ensuring instant visibility into ongoing projects. 4. Operational Excellence & Administrative Oversight Overseescheduling and logisticsfortraining programs, camps, and competitionswithzero margin for error . Maintain areal-time task tracker , ensuringnothing falls through the cracks . Manage calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements for theHigh-Performance Director and Leadership Team . Organize and prepare materials for meetings, includingcreating agendas, taking meeting minutes (MOMs), and ensuring immediate action on decisions . Ensuresmooth inter-departmental coordination , including Coaching, Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition. 5. Communication & Leadership Alignment Provideconcise and proactive communication , ensuringstakeholders are never left guessing . Liaise withinternal and external partners , ensuringrelationships are well-managed and commitments are met . Serve as themain point of contactfor high-performance-related queries and ensurequick turnarounds on requests . Ensureregular status updatesto leadership, so they are always aware of critical developments. 6. Confidentiality & Discretion Handlesensitive informationwith theutmost confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism . Ensure alldocuments, reports, and communications are secure and appropriatefor sharing.Key Qualifications & Experience: Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inSports Management, Business Administration, or a related field . Experience:2-5 years in ahigh-performance sports environment , preferably in anelite training center, national team setup, or professional sports organization .Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) . Familiarity withperformance monitoring tools, sports science concepts, and athlete load management . Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities .Soft Skills: Obsessive attention to detail and execution . Strong sense of urgency, follow-through, and proactive problem-solving . Excellent communication (both written and verbal), ensuring clarity and alignment at all levels . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in high-pressure environments . Proven track record of being a “doer” and driving projects to completion with minimal supervision .Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge ofOlympic or professional sports structures .
