Drive performance through structured coaching, training, and motivation. Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy: Own and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through effective sales strategies. Optimize sales funnels, conversion rates, and lead generation processes. Operations & Process Excellence: Streamline sales operations, ensuring efficiency in lead management, CRM utilization, and reporting. Implement data-driven decision-making to enhance productivity. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives for lead acquisition and conversion. Leverage digital and offline channels to maximize outreach. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs (Conversion Rates, ARPU, Retention, etc.) and present insights to senior leadership. Ensure adherence to compliance and sales governance policies.Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles managing large teams (50+ members). Proven track record in revenue generation, B2C sales, and team scaling in EdTech. Strong expertise in sales operations, process optimization, and performance management. Experience handling multiple layers (Managers, TLs, Associates) with a structured coaching approach. Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales analytics.
