The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various technical positions. Other day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.Qualifications- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and general Recruiting skills - Excellent Hiring and Communication skills - Strong ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles - Experience in using recruitment tools and platforms effectively - Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers - Relevant experience in technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
