Our digital marketing agency ColleMcvoy uses Google Ads to deliver innovative solutions which help our clients achieve business growth. We need a skilled and driven Google Ads specialist who will become part of our team to assist us in reaching our clients' marketing objectives. As a Google Ads Specialist you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns for our clients and perform critical functions within our team. Your main duties include developing Google Ads strategies which you will implement and monitor to generate qualified leads and boost conversions.Key Responsibilities:Create and implement complete Google Ads strategies that support business goals. Optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. Perform detailed research and analysis of keywords to discover optimal high-performing options. Develop engaging ad text and landing page designs to increase click-through rates and boost conversion rates. Track performance through campaign metrics like impressions and clicks to optimize based on data analysis Keep abreast of new trends in Google Ads and understand the best practices and algorithm changes. Join forces with your marketing team to integrate Google Ads campaigns smoothly into the broader marketing initiatives. Host virtual client meetings to examine campaign reports while developing strategic approaches.Qualifications:Minimum five years of direct experience using Google Ads. 3+ years customer service and/or sales experience. Expert knowledge of PPC advertising principles combined with best practices. Current Google Ads Search Certification /learn/courses/8692/google-ads-search-certification. Expertise with Google Ads platforms including Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics is required. Demonstrated ability to use Google Apps including Drive and Docs as well as Sheets and Calendar. Superior data analysis capabilities along with strong data interpretation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & oral). The position values prior experience with Salesforce but does not require it. Employers prefer applicants with a Bachelor's degree but they will consider candidates without one.Future Employee Benefits:The salary starts at $125.000 to $160.000 with the potential to earn performance-based bonuses (first year OTE).
