Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-Time Department: Quality Assurance / EngineeringJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Test Automation Architect with strong experience using Testim.io (including Testim Architect) to design and lead automation efforts for Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite platforms. This role requires both technical expertise in test automation frameworks and a functional understanding of quote-to-cash processes spanning CRM and ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable UI and API test automation frameworks using Testim Architect.Lead the creation of modular, reusable test components across Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite workflows.Define and implement automation strategies for quote creation, product configuration, pricing, approvals, order submission, and ERP validation.Work closely with QA, DevOps, Salesforce, and NetSuite teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business-critical use cases.Develop and maintain CI/CD test pipelines, integrating automation into release workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Manage test data strategies, environment configurations, and automated test execution across multiple environments (e.g., dev, QA, UAT).Investigate test failures, triage defects, and provide root cause analysis.Mentor QA engineers on Testim best practices and architecture standards.Required Skills and Experience:5+ years of experience in test automation, with 2+ years specifically using Testim.io / Testim Architect.Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Lightning components, product rules, pricing engines).Experience with NetSuite ERP (Order Management, Financials, or SuiteScript/RESTlets).Proficiency in JavaScript, including async operations and modular test design.Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, Metadata) and NetSuite integration endpoints (SuiteTalk or REST).Ability to debug complex end-to-end flows across front-end and back-end systems.Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and test reporting frameworks.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise QA practices.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Admin Certification.Experience with Testim CLI and test orchestration.Exposure to test monitoring tools (e.g., Allure, TestRail, or internal dashboards).Prior experience in quote-to-cash automation or ERP integration testing.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.Attention to detail with a focus on test stability and maintainability.Benefits:Competitive compensation packageHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible working hours and remote-friendly cultureProfessional development opportunities and certifications
