This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving sales effectiveness, and enabling scalable growth. Based in our India office, the Manager of Sales Operations will partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and customer success to optimize processes, manage sales technologies, and deliver actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day sales operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and quota settingDrive sales performance and productivity by optimizing CRM (Salesforce) usage, reporting accuracy, and data integrityCollaborate with Sales Enablement to support onboarding, training, and continuous learning initiativesPartner with Revenue Operations and Finance to analyze business performance, design dashboards, and deliver insights to senior leadershipManage and enhance the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) to support automation and workflow optimizationEvaluate and streamline sales processes to improve speed, efficiency, and customer experienceOwn key sales operations projects such as compensation planning, territory realignment, and go-to-market initiativesServe as a strategic advisor to sales leadership on performance trends, risks, and opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environmentProven expertise with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools (e.g., Clari, Gong, Outreach)Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with sales leadershipAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindsetInterview process:Recruiter Screen – Ryan R.
