The ideal candidate will be passionate about language learning, experienced in digital marketing strategies, and able to translate ideas into impactful online executions.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Manage and grow TLS’s social media presence with engaging and informative contentPlan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads and studentsMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; generate insights and reports to improve ROICollaborate with the creative team to create content aligned with brand voice and objectivesManage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankingsMaintain and update the TLS website to ensure relevance and user-friendlinessResearch digital trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the online education marketQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech or language learning sectorProficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyKnowledge of basic graphic design/video editing tools is a plus
