Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing new client deals, following up on prospects, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to prepare and send contracts, agreements, and ensure client success from day one. Key Responsibilities: ∙Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other lead-generation strategies ∙Qualify leads and convert them into active clients ∙Conduct discovery calls and client presentations to understand needs and pitch relevant solutions ∙Close client sales and handle all follow-up communication ∙Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process ∙Prepare, review, and send contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation ∙Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system ∙Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building ∙Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the field Requirements: ∙Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role ∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ∙Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients ∙Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills ∙Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset ∙Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software ∙Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneouslyUS-ShiftSAL 4-4.2 LPA
