Experience & requirements:6 months to 5 years of experience in international sales/customer support/collections/recruitmentUK ShiftsPrimary Responsibilities:Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on the Randstad process.Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to Randstad via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.Work all assigned job orders until covered.Attend daily/weekly team huddlesEstablish relationships with consultants in the region.Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.Pre-close candidates on job offers.Maintain working contractors, including tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes.Meet or exceed weekly expectations.
