The Strategic Business Developer will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (enterprise, mid-market, startups, etc.).Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, partners, and clients.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for expansion.Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align business development efforts with company goals.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases.Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.Assist in tracking Company’s performance and meeting of stated objectivesQualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the US IT industry.Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong understanding of IT services (e.g., software development, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML).Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
