About Cityfurnish: is India’s leading furniture and appliance rental platform, empowering millions with flexible, affordable, and premium home solutions.We are growing fast and looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Intern to help scale our growth by managing and optimizing paid advertising and revenue funnels.Role Summary:As a Performance Marketing Intern at Cityfurnish, you will work closely with our performance marketing agency and internal marketing team to support, analyze, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. You will also gain hands-on exposure to acquisition, upsell, and retention marketing strategies, using advanced tools like CleverTap to help enhance user engagement and funnel performance.This role is ideal for a self-starter looking to kickstart a career in digital marketing with a fast-growing brand.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.Work with performance marketing agencies to track and review campaign performance.Support analysis of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Contribute to funnel optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and ROI.Help plan and execute upsell and retention campaigns using marketing automation tools like CleverTap.Track KPIs related to campaign performance, revenue, and engagement.Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to contribute new ideas to the team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, analytics, and product to ensure aligned marketing execution.Skills & Experience:0–1 year of experience in digital or performance marketing (internships and project work count!)Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and digital advertising fundamentalsExposure to customer lifecycle marketing, funnel metrics, or automation tools like CleverTap is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with Excel, Google Analytics, or similar reporting toolsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCuriosity to learn and a proactive attitude toward campaign ownershipWhy Join Cityfurnish?Be part of India’s fastest-growing furniture rental brand.Work in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.Opportunity to directly impact business revenue and customer experience.Collaborative culture with learning and growth opportunities.Excited to launch your marketing career with Cityfurnish?
