Job Title: Regional Sales ManagerReports to (Title): National Sales Manager Company: Coats IndiaLocation: HyderabadJob PurposeEnsure and support regional sales deliverables.Principal Accountabilities:B2C Sales – channel sales in an open distribution model.Sales and distribution for region (AP and Telangana).Achieve primary and secondary sales targets, category and share objectives.Plan and execute local trade marketing programs.Deliver numeric distribution objectives for direct and indirect distribution.Manage customer payments and debtor objectives.Manage a team of ASM/Sales Executives and Salesforce (11-12 company employees) through resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery.Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours RequiredDimensionsMBA from premier institute. Graduation from any disciplineAt least 6 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with team management & customer management skillsExperience with reputed B2C companies in leadership positions in their segmentsIndustry preference FMCG/Foods/Paints/Lubes/Tyres/Consumer durablesQualitiesTeam managementAnalytical Thinking / Data Driven SkillsCustomer orientationTrustworthy (Accountability, Ownership, Interpersonal Skills, Perseverance)He/she should have managed direct employees of the company
