They will help create, plan, and execute marketing plans, and build thriving communities by showcasing our brand at the heart of both OEM and aftermarket avenues through creative, high-quality media and strategic output delivered consistentlyMust have fluency in English (written and spoken).Must have a strong and reliable internet connection, computer, video camera, and microphone.Must be able to work remotely.Candidates must be able to present a portfolio.Must have an elevated understanding of all social media platforms and how to navigate them.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand the organization’s digital market, media, web, mail, third-party, SEO, and SEM strategy for the customer segments. Support strategy and operations across digital channels (media, web, email, third-party, SEO/SEM) by customer segmentAssist in planning, scheduling, and task delegation for channel initiativesManage the execution and ongoing development of channel assetsTrack and report key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, traffic)Deliver insights to optimize future strategies and community engagementChannelDevelop, manage, and oversee media communication channels for the company’s market segments.Develop, manage, and oversee OEM company profile, manage market channels like Ariba, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain related materials and assets.Develop, manage, and oversee Aftermarket online profiles, and manage market channels like ebay, Amazon, and Google Shopping, also develop related materials and assets, and collaborate with internal teams to create content.Oversee the development of the OEM and Aftermarket web channels - Website, references by other websites, etc.Develop, manage, and oversee OEM and Aftermarket mail channels and related assets - including bulk mailer campaigns, form submissions, Customer inquiries, Orders, and Customer relations Develop, manage, and oversee SEO/SEM-related channels and activities related to the two customer sections, including keyword ranking, Company profile ranking, and product ranking on various product and content search engines.Develop, manage, and oversee third-party web channels related to both customer segments, including third-party influencers, and third-party media channels - news, articles, magazines, third-party portals, etc. Help plan and allocate advertisement budgets for both the OEM and the Aftermarket segments for products and digital assets across the various channels, and present regular progress reports on the same.
