The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The HR Recruiter will also work on improving recruitment processes and strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a talent pipeline.
