In this role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality mobile applications that delight users and make a real-world impact. If you're passionate about clean code, innovative design, and fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.Own the complete mobile application development lifecycle — from concept to release and ongoing support.Collaborate across teams to define and implement new features and improve user experience.Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and design patterns.Monitor and optimize app performance, memory usage, and power consumption.Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and services as required.Participate in code reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development and Android ecosystems.Required Skills & Experience:3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Android application development.Strong command of Java and Kotlin.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, lifecycle, and best practices.Experience with Android frameworks, Jetpack components, and modern development tools.Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and publishing apps on the Play Store.Good understanding of networks, distributed systems, and client-server architecture.Demonstrated attention to detail — every second, byte, and pixel counts.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and switch context seamlessly.Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.Ability to work effectively in a small, agile team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Jetpack Compose or modern declarative UI approaches.Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Performance Monitoring.Exposure to real-time systems or working with streaming data (e.g., WebSockets).Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
