Portal management and customization Excellent knowledge of OM, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences and CSM Module 8+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 3+ years Order Management Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities Strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of Sales processes Knowledge of Ordering processes (SPM processes are a plus) English: Excellent.
