We host everything from intimate weddings to large-scale art exhibitions, and are now expanding our presence in the corporate events space.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a driven and experienced Banquet Sales Executive to grow our corporate events business. The role involves both outbound and inbound sales, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ConversionActively source and pitch Sarokri to corporates, event agencies, and businesses in GuwahatiClose deals for off-sites, conferences, product launches, workshops, and other corporate gatheringsInbound Sales ManagementRespond promptly to inbound leads via calls, emails, and social mediaConduct venue walk-throughs and sales presentations for potential clientsClient Relationship & Account ManagementServe as the single point of contact for the client from confirmation to the event dateUnderstand client needs and communicate requirements to the internal event and operations teamsCoordinate planning meetings and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagementPayment & DocumentationShare quotes, raise invoices, follow up for payments, and ensure timely collectionsMaintain updated records of leads, bookings, and client communicationsRequirementsMandatory: Prior experience in banquet/event venue sales (minimum 1–2 years in Guwahati)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple client accounts and timelines simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and email communicationA proactive, target-driven attitude with a customer-first mindsetWhat We OfferA chance to be part of a creative and growing brandAttractive salary + incentives based on performanceOpportunity to take ownership and grow within a fast-evolving companyTo apply, please email your CV to: office@
