Title: Retention Marketing SpecialistLocation: Pune - Full time office JobExp: 4- 6 YearsTiming: 3pm -11pm | Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)Joining: ImmediateWebsite: NIBM road, PuneWe are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Retention Marketing Specialist to own and execute our customer retention and engagement strategy across Email and SMS channels.This role will be responsible for designing and implementing customer journeys that drive repeat purchases, increase customer lifetime value (LTV), and foster long-term brand loyalty.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own the overall Retention Marketing strategy across Email & SMS channels. - Map customer journeys across various lifecycle stages — onboarding, education, engagement, post-purchase, and winback. - Create segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant messaging. - Build, manage, and optimize automated flows and triggered campaigns. - Manage campaign calendars for product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and retention efforts. - Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and objectives. - Analyze performance metrics across campaigns and flows to drive data-backed decisions. - Execute A/B tests across subject lines, creative, offers, and audience segments. - Report on KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, revenue per recipient, churn, and LTV. - Partner with paid media, customer experience, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Email/SMS Marketing. - Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, or similar platforms. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Experience working in Shopify or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands preferred. - Knowledge of customer retention metrics like LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate, Churn Rate, and Payback Period.Bonus Skills:- Copywriting or creative briefing experience. - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker, or other reporting tools. - Experience with loyalty programs or referral marketing platforms.
