Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Fashion Designer. The Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating new fashion collections, coordinating with the design team to develop mood boards, ensuring the quality and fit of garments, and incorporating industry trends. Additionally, the role involves working with textiles, embroidery, and fashion elements to deliver innovative designs. Qualifications: Skills in Fashion Design and Fitting Experience with Textiles, Embroidery, Prints, Washes, Sewing details, etc. Excellent creative and innovative abilities Strong understanding of industry trends and customer needs KRA: Trend analysis Brand analysis Conceptualizing Stories, Themes, Mood boards & Color palettes Visiting supplier, mills & market to source new Fabrics & Accessories frequently Development of new Embroidery and Hand work techniques Development of Prints, Laces, Embroidery & Schiffli designs through graphic designer Silhouettes based on Trend & Forecast Design and range development Product presentation Showroom setup for clients, visual merchandising Co-ordination with Product development team to ensure the quality & delivery of clients selection Co-ordination with Sampling team for range development KPI: Design to order conversion ratio Min Experience: 8 years Min Qualification: B.Design Fashion Design (NIFT, NID or Pearl) Salary: 100K INR +/-
