Visit us Key Responsibilities Close high-value real estate deals and manage the entire sales pipeline. Onboard and manage Channel Partners (CPs) to boost lead outreach. Monitor and optimize listings on 99acres, , MagicBricks. Ensure fair lead distribution between CPs and in-house sales teams. Engage with walk-in and organic leads; convert them into buyers. Resolve CP conflicts, track portal performance, and improve conversions. Coordinate with social media teams to enhance campaign quality. Collaborate with content/design teams to create appealing and compliant marketing material. Requirements 5–8 years of hands-on real estate sales experience. Excellent public dealing, communication, and team management skills.
