Role PurposeDevelop human resources with an objective to achieve company's goal. Responsible for safety, human resources development, TEI and manpower recruitments in plant locations.Roles & Responsibilities- Manpower planning on time as per company plan- Ensure selection of all job positions with required skills in least possible time and cost and as per defined process.- Ensure the systematic induction of new personnel in the organization- Keep under control the manpower cost by monitoring the attendance % of operators' & trainees- Track manpower numbers and costs to ensure total costs fall well within the budgets- Create appraisals of staff, workers & trainees timely in accordance with development plan while simultaneously meeting cost control targets- Communicate and implement the performance management system (PMS) to attain an optimized workforce.- Ensure job description with key areas of responsibility for all key unique roles is defined and documented and updated as per changing business requirements- Ensure safety standards in the plant as per annual safety plan- Develop safety culture in the plant- Implement annual E&T plan in the plant as per the budgeted training hours and cost- Ensure all human resource development as per plan like--TEI as per monthly calendar-Goal setting/PMS-Succession planning-Job rotations /multiskilling development-Great place to work actions-Stay interviews/exit interviews actions- Experience of having worked on core HR areas/entire gamut of HR, in preferably in a manufacturing organization/plants.Role Preference- MBA (HR) must have- Minimum 15 years of domain experience- Experience of having worked on core HR areas/entire gamut of HR, in preferably in a manufacturing organization/plants
