This role is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting top talent, a strong understanding of the hiring process, and the ability to build relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & SourcingPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsDevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentSource candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referralsUse creative and innovative methods to source passive candidateStrong in data management of recruitment trackerCandidate Screening & InterviewingReview resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualificationsSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersConduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit for the roleJob Postings & AdvertisingCreate compelling job descriptions and post openings on relevant job boards, company website, and social media platformsMonitor and update job postings regularly to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Candidate ExperienceProvide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring processCommunicate regularly with candidates, ensuring they are informed and engagedAct as the main point of contact for candidates and provide timely feedbackCollaboration with Hiring ManagersBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholdersAdvise on market trends, compensation strategies, and best practices for recruitmentAssist in defining interview processes and candidate evaluation criteriaOffer & OnboardingNegotiate salary offers and benefits packages in line with company guidelinesExtend job offers to selected candidates and ensure smooth onboarding processesMaintain accurate candidate records and employment data.Employer BrandingPromote and reinforce the company’s culture and values during the hiring processAssist in developing employer branding strategies to attract talentRepresent the company at career fairs, university recruiting events, and industry conferences.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field5-9 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong interviewing and assessment skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms.Preferred QualificationsExperience in sourcing for technical or specialized rolesKnowledge of employment laws and hiring practicesCertification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Personal AttributesStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive and results-drivenAdaptable and flexible in response to changing business needs
