Job Description

The Senior Associate provide integrated Human Resources services ensuring that people-related issues are managed effectively. The Senior Associate works directly with other operations staff on efforts across a wide range of HR related activities. Senior Associate also functions as a link between various departments and HR processes. The Senior Associate maintains current departmental Statement of purpose (SOPs) and process flows, performs data entry and maintenance of various Human Resources Systems.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with stakeholders and business leaders to brainstorm, collaborate, and drive new ideas forwardEstablish and maintain department record keeping requirements and reportsPoint of contact in answering employee questions in regards to PTO, time and attendancePerforms customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions and delivering quality solutions if able, or escalating to a more senior team memberPerform manual system changes to employee data when neededReview company employment policies and proceduresRevise, develop, implement policy and practices to support business goals and strategiesConduct periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with policies and proceduresCreate strong, trusting relationships with client teamsResponsible for generation of accurate employee-related reports for the senior managementHandling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers and entity transfers)Ensuring the smooth & efficient operation and management of employee record using the company’s ERPManaging On-boarding formalities and documentationEssential SkillsCandidate must have 4 plus years of experience in to core HR operations role.Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skillsProficiency in customer relationship management is essentialIn-depth understanding of principles and practices of human resourcesHands-on experience in employee relations and day to day operationsPrior experience with an HRIS databaseExcellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy are essentialMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have integrity and the ability to handle confidential informationExcellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize work activities are essentialMust be able to solve problems using sound and accurate judgment
