Azure SME- TRAINER & SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT to Train the bench and help in deployment of projectsTech Consulting - Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site and off site)Salary upto 45 LPA plus incentivesThis position involves overseeing, in partnership with a consultant development manager, a diverse body of IT consultants throughout their career, or lifecycle, with our company.Training, Marketing, and supporting our consultants on customer Projects. Not only will you assist and guide onboarding consultants with their onsite technical training in Atlanta, but you will be preparing your consultants in effective technical and actively engaging behaviour to successfully win interviews, and finally, you will track your consultants' success on the project - doing whatever it takes to ensure the consultant remains successfully working and billing on the project.Primary Responsibilities:Interviewing potential consultants to ensure all onboarding employees will be successful in the Azure domainBe responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of best-in-class Azure training materials.Training, guiding, and mentoring consultants with existing basic IT technical, infrastructure, and/or computer science or programming skills up to junior and mid-level Cloud infrastructure setup, configuration, and management professionalsPreparing mock interview situations for the consultants to enhance the esteemed learning process provided by the companyActing as a primary technical support resource for individuals working on a variety of projects throughout the US (this requires the ability to support remotely)Interacting with our Executive and Sales team to ensure that projects and employees are appropriately matchedInteracting with our Executive and Sales team to ensure that consultants on projects remain successful on these projects and do not result in technical failurePrepping consultants for interviews for specific assignments involving mobile developmentDesired Qualifications:7+ years of professional Azure and Infrastructure Architecture experienceBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related fieldProject Management background preferred.Certified Azure DevOps Engineer ExpertCertified Azure Solutions Architect ExpertDesired Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of the Consulting/Sales structureAble to work a full-time schedule and the possibility of flexible extended hoursCandidate should have knowledge of migrating on-prem infrastructure to Azure, especially Active DirectoryExperience with Azure Resource ManagerExperience with Azure EMR & Data WarehouseKnowledge of Kubernetes and Azure Managed Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a plusCloud infrastructure, especially Compute and Storage configuration and optimizationNetwork management and security for Azure environmentsExperience supporting development teams and automated deployment and management of CI/CDpipelines from an infrastructure / Azure perspectiveSolid understanding of IAM, RBAC, and Least Privilege security conceptsUnderstanding concepts supporting an organization moving into the Cloud, especially modern concepts such as serverless computing like Azure FunctionsSetup, configuration, and management of Azure Database Services, such as Postgres, MySQL, and Azure Arc (SQL Server); basic knowledge of SQL is a plusIn-depth understanding of Azure Monitoring, including Insights, Metrics, Alerts, Logs, and DiagnosticsDemonstrated ability to automate setup, configuration, and management with AZ CLI and/or PowerShellIT Management Concepts – Leadership and Leadership Training Concepts, Project Management,Budgeting, Change Management, Risk Assessments, and IT Standards & Compliance ManagementSecurity Concepts & Implementation – Threat Analysis, Certificate Servers, and Public/Private KeyCryptography concepts, SSL, PPTP, L2TP, IPsec, PKI, Auditing, and IASkillsPowershellCloud InfrastructureIT ManagementPKIAzure FunctionsDevOpsAWS LambdaSQLProject ManagementAzure DevOps ServicesAmazon EC2Microsoft AzureScreening questionsRequired qualificationsHave you completed the following level of education: Bachelor's Degree?Ideal Answer: YesHow many years of work experience do you have with Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)?Ideal Answer: Minimum: 7We must fill this position urgently.
