The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.Key Responsibilities:Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinationManage recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positionsUse job portals, social media, and ATS tools to attract and manage candidate pipelinesConduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate fitSchedule interviews with senior management and provide timely updates to all stakeholdersMaintain and update recruitment trackers and reportsEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring processRequirements:Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field1–5 years of recruitment experienceExperience in handling both white-collar and blue-collar hiringProficiency in using ATS platforms and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
