This role will focus on expanding Angel Yeast’s plant nutrition products in India, especially in the agriculture and fertilizer market. You will develop new customer relationships, maintain existing ones, and provide agronomic advice that helps drive growth.Key Responsibilities Drive sales and business development for plant nutrition and fertilizer products in India. Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted regions and crops. Provide professional recommendations on crop nutrition, fertilizer application, and pest/disease management tailored to local agricultural practices. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs. Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to optimize sales strategy. Manage customer relationships, resolve issues, and support after-sales service. Promote products and solutions through technical seminars, product demos, and customer engagement. Prepare detailed visit reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts. Support and attend exhibitions, field trials, and promotional events.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum5 years of relevant sales experiencein thechemical, fertilizer, or plant nutrition industry . In-depth knowledge ofIndian agricultural markets , including local crops, pest control practices, and fertilization habits. Proven ability to provide tailored advice based on regional crop requirements. Strong business acumen and communication skills in English; fluency in local Indian languages is a plus. Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Additional Requirements Based preferably inCentral or Southern India , with no short-term relocation plans. Willing and able to travel15–20 days per monthfor field visits, customer meetings, and promotional events. Possession of avalid driver’s licenseand ability to travel independently by car is preferred. A team player with the drive to work independently and deliver results.
