Job Title: Student Placement Coordinator (Remote) Additional Eligibility Criteria: Students with placement coordinator experience can also applyPosition OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and resourceful Student Placement Coordinator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and a strong network of recruiters and hiring partners. You will play a vital role in guiding students through the placement process and ensuring successful job or internship placements.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiter Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and partner organizations to identify placement opportunities for students.Student Support: Mentor, guide, and support students through resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.Placement Coordination: Arrange interviews, coordinate feedback, and facilitate communication between students and recruiters.Database & Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student profiles, applications, and placement status in our system.Campus Engagement: Collaborate with colleges, universities, and student organizations to promote placement opportunities and increase student participation.Industry Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, hiring patterns, and key recruiter requirements to maximize placement success.Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on placement outcomes to leadership.RequirementsExperience in student placement, campus recruitment, career counseling, or talent acquisition.Strong existing network or relationships with recruiters, employers, or HR professionals.Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.Tech-savvy and able to work independently in a remote environment.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and student/candidate management systems is preferred.Self-driven, empathetic, and dedicated to student success.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.Previous experience working with educational institutions, student services, or campus placement cells.What We Offer100% remote work flexibility.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Collaborative team environment with a mission-driven culture.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Who Should ApplyIf you are passionate about supporting students and have strong connections with recruiters or industry partners, we would love to meet you!
