About the Role As an Associate Director in Techno-Functional Working Capital, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and technology-driven solutions to optimize working capital for our clients. This role combines deep financial expertise with advanced technological proficiency to drive efficiency and enhance cash flow management across the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) , Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Forecast-to-Fulfillment (FTF) processes. Key Responsibilities Working Capital Optimization: Lead projects focused on enhancing cash flow, reducing inventory levels, and streamlining accounts receivable and payable processes. Strategic Design & Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to optimize cash conversion cycle and liquidity management. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for working capital improvement. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and customize solutions to align with their specific requirements. Team Leadership: Support and guide team members throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to successful implementation. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to achieve high satisfaction and retain their business. Business Development: Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal creation. Technical Skills Must-Have: Power B Alteryx Good to Have: Tableau SQL Power Automat e Python / R Working Capital Expertise Procure-to-Pay (PTP): Streamline procurement processes to enhance supplier relationships and optimize cash outflows. Order-to-Cash (OTC): Improve invoicing and collections processes to accelerate cash inflows. Forecast-to-Fulfillment (FTF): Enhance inventory management to reduce excess stock and improve liquidity. Cash Conversion Cycle: Analyze and optimize the time taken between outlaying cash and receiving cash inflows. Cash Flow Management: Implement strategies to monitor and manage cash flows effectively. Liquidity Management: Ensure the organization has sufficient cash flow to meet its short-term obligations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in finance transformation or working capital optimization roles, with at least 5 years in leadership capacity. Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, retail, or services industries is preferred. Project Management: Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis tools
