Travel Bookings (International & Domestics). Administration & Facility Management. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution (transfer calls) Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel. Assisting international guest if any Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments. Respond to emails and office correspondence. Sort and distribute incoming mail (couriers) Assist in resolving client’s issues and complaints.
