We are on the verge of launching our first digital therapeutic product, aimed at treating adult ADHD, following the successful completion of clinical trials.In 2025, we are poised for significant growth with:Launching new, science-backed brain training personalized experiences. Regulatory clearance and the commercial launch of our ADHD digital therapeutic. Expansion of our research platform, supporting internal and external research collaborations. Lumos Labs is headquartered in San Francisco, with key operations expanding globally, including in Bangalore .WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) who is highly analytical, data-driven, and eager to work in a fast-moving environment . This is an exciting opportunity where you get to tackle challenging problems, making a direct impact on a product loved by millions globally.WHAT YOU WILL DOLead our in-house experimentation platform to enable rapid and effective A/B testing across product experiences. Iteratively test and refine user onboarding flows by designing, launching, and analyzing experiments. Set up centralized reporting and data visibility, working hands-on with SQL, scripting tools, and analytics tools to uncover trends and inform product decisions. Design AI-first workflows to automate and optimize key product processes, improving efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to execute initiatives and drive measurable impact. WHAT YOU HAVE1-3 years of experience in product, analytics, or related roles. Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong skills in SQL, Excel, and Python (or other basic scripting languages). Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset, with a deep curiosity about user behavior and product performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
