Are you passionate about teaching and building the next generation of software developers? We’re hiring a Full-Time Software Development Instructor to join a fast-growing EdTech team in Hyderabad. This is a high-impact, on-site role focused on hands-on training in full-stack development and programming fundamentals. What You’ll Do Conduct daily in-person classroom training in programming and full-stack development Teach core languages like Python, Java, and JavaScript, along with Data Structures & Algorithms Guide batches of 70–100 students with 1:1 mentorship and academic support Create and deliver job-oriented course content aligned with current industry standards Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance content quality and student outcomes Review and assess student submissions, ensuring real-world readiness Stay updated with the latest trends in software engineering and teaching methods What We’re Looking For Master’s degree (M.Tech) in CSE, IT, or ECE – Mandatory Prior teaching or mentoring experience (preferred but not required) Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, and DSA Excellent English communication and presentation skills Comfortable with digital tools like Google Slides, Sheets, and tech platforms Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about teaching Bonus Skills (Good to Have) Experience with Git/version control Awareness of software development best practices Adaptability to diverse learning styles and continuous improvement Location: Hyderabad (On-site, 6 days/week)
