Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and hire A-Players while optimizing the hiring process for speed and quality. You will work closely with team leads to source top talent, enhance candidate experience, and build a strong talent pipeline. ne. Key Responsibilities Source and screen 100-150 profiles per role using Recruiter, and proactive outreach. Manage end-to-end hiring : assignments, screening calls, and scheduling interviews for 3-5 monthly hires . Optimize time-to-hire to 15 days per role , ensuring quick assignment feedback and smooth processes. Enhance candidate experience to achieve a 95% offer acceptance rate . Publish 2 engaging posts weekly to drive talent attraction with an engagement rate of 1.5% or more . Build and maintain a pipeline of 30 pre-screened candidates for priority roles. What We’re Looking For Experience : 1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments. Skills : Strong communication, mastery, and ability to identify A-Players efficiently. Mindset : Proactive, execution-focused, and solution-driven.
