Key Responsibilities: Source and identify top talent using job portals and your own network Screen & assess candidate profiles for role fitment Submit candidates to hiring managers for evaluation Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , ensuring timely updates Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring goals Payment Terms & Incentive Structure: Your earnings are 100% performance-based. Here's how it works: 1. For Each Submitted Candidate: ✅ First Round (Hiring Manager Screen): ₹100 per qualified candidate 2. For Interview Progression: Second Round : Additional ₹250 Third (Final) Round : Additional ₹500 3. Offer Stage: Candidate Receives Offer: ₹500 4.
