Position Title: HR Executive/Sr. Executive HR Division: Human Resources Location: Kolkata, India Reporting To: Lead HR Business Partner & Coe Company: Sabyasachi Calcutta LLP, A unit of ABFRL Job Overview Sabyasachi Calcutta LLP, a leading luxury fashion and lifestyle brand, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the Lead HRBP in driving daily HR retail operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on operational excellence, employee lifecycle management, and contributing to projects available within HR Function. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Business Partner’s Operations Support Provide all HR operations support for India and USA. Experience in New York retail operations will be an added advantage. Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee engagement activities, and offboarding formalities. Talent Acquisition: Staying abreast workforce planning for the department and ensuring smooth on time hiring experience for business; recruitment on track with metrics HR MIS (Management Information Systems): Maintain and update HR data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making Performance Management System (PMS): Assist in the execution of all operational activities for performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, mid-year reviews, and performance improvement plans in alignment with organizational objectives. Training & Development: Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs, schedule programs, and track effectiveness to enhance employee skills and engagement. Grievance Handling: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution of grievances while maintaining fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. Support Lead HRBP in driving HR strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity 2. Support to Special Projects This will be a smaller portion of the role and will gradually evolve Collaborate with sub departments and HRBP Lead for execution of HR initiatives Provide data and on-ground support for planning and execution Qualifications & Skills (Good to have, but we are flexible) Experience Required: 2-3 years relevant experience, experience in international operations Education: MBA from Tier – II or equivalent; or with enhanced experience Industry Preference (but not limited to): Retail, fashion, or a fast-paced industry Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and generating MIS reports Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment Key Competencies Operational excellence and attention to detail Why Join Sabyasachi Calcutta?
