Job Opening: Sales and Marketing ManagerLocation: Aruvi Bakery and Sweets, TirunelveliEmail to Apply: info@We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing procedures, expand business operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & PerformanceCollaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement the annual sales strategy to meet sales targets.Prepare the Annual Budget and Sales & Marketing Strategy.Regularly review POS reports (sales, costs, inventories, man-hours, etc.) and take corrective actions to meet targets.Finalize wholesale contracts (pricing, logistics, etc.).Identify and include marketable and profitable retail products in the bakery.Marketing & BrandingPromote the Aruvi Bakery brand in the community through strategic marketing.Work with the GM to create quarterly marketing plans within the approved budget.Organize promotional events, customer competitions, manage social media presence, and oversee loyalty card programs.Sales Area & Team ManagementOversee daily operations of the sales area to maintain standards and results.Ensure customer service staff comply with hygiene, uniform, and attitude standards.Conduct timely staff appraisals and training while adhering to legal and company guidelines.Identify training needs and recommend them to the GM.Recruit, train, and manage customer service staff and supervisors.Customer Service & StandardsMaintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness across all customer-facing areas.Ensure a positive customer experience and address complaints promptly and professionally.QualificationsStrong leadership and proven sales and marketing skills.High level of enthusiasm and commitment.Ability to multitask effectively.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position in the food and beverage industry.Solid understanding of profit and loss statements and budgeting strategies.Strong planning and organizational abilities.Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.What We OfferA competitive salary package and performance-based bonus scheme.A positive, growth-driven working environment.Note: Prior experience in a similar position within the food and beverage industry will be considered an advantage.How to ApplyAll interested candidates are invited to send their CV to:
