The Python Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming (OOP), database management, and overall programming tasks to support the creation of innovative software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute independently to codebase while overseeing team contributionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including US-based colleaguesImplement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentationRequirements5+ years of experience working with Django or Python based web developmentProven track record of leading successful Python projectsExcellent communication skills in both written and verbal formsAbility to work effectively in a remote settingStrong independent contributor with self-motivation and disciplineExperience with DynomoDB and DockerExperience in project management and team mentoringComfortable with having overlaps with US team hoursPreferred QualificationsExperience with React for front-end developmentFamiliarity with GoLang is a plusKnowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)Experience with agile methodologies
