 Role Summary:This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates.Responsibilities include maintaining a talent pool, scheduling interviews, facilitating onboarding, supporting employee engagement, and preparing reports as required Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Understand hiring requirements from internal teams/managers.Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, etc.Screen resumes to shortlist relevant candidates.Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Follow up on feedback and closures, background checksManage offer rollouts and joining formalities.HR Operations:Compile attendance regularlyAssist with employee engagement initiatives and activities.Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making processes.  Qualifications:Qualification – MBA HR or MSW - from an institute of reputeMinimum 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, in reputed organisationsMust have knowledge of HR complianceStable career history; candidates with frequent job changes may not be consideredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Should be able to converse in English flawlessly.Preference will be given to the immediate joinerProficient in using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.ImportantCompensation – 8-10 LPA5 days working – Monday to FridayRole type – Full time/regular/PermanentIndividual contributor roleJob Type – Work from office – regular office hours.Location – Okhla phase III (nearest Metro station – Okhla NSIC - Purple line) 10 mins distance from there.Selection process – Selection process requires the candidate/s to come to the HO in Delhi for the interview.Association with a brand with nearly 4 decades of roots.
