Since our inception, we’ve successfully trained over 25,000 engineers, helping them achieve their career goals.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Trainer to work closely with underperforming sales representatives. The role focuses on identifying skill gaps, delivering targeted coaching, and driving measurable performance improvement through hands-on support and structured training plans Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify underperforming sales team members and craft tailored training plans to address their specific challenges.Conduct coaching sessions focused on improving core sales capabilities such as communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.Facilitate high-impact, interactive training formats—role plays, mock calls, and simulations—that build confidence and sharpen selling skills.Track progress of trainees over time, providing consistent support, motivation, and guidance to help them improve performance.Deliver feedback that is actionable, encouraging, and focused on measurable improvements.Monitor individual performance post-training and recommend additional interventions as needed.Maintain a performance-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and accountability.Collaborate with sales managers to align training efforts with business targets and team needs.Be actively involved in selling the product by joining live sales calls alongside Program Advisors (PAs).Support and guide PAs during conversations with prospects, and take over calls when required to close deals.Provide real-time coaching and feedback to PAs to improve pitch quality and objection handling.
