To get there, we need analytical trail‑blazers who question conventions and iterate fast.Role OverviewYou’ll sit at the intersection of ad‑tech, data science, and growth hacking. Your mandate is simple: unlock outsized revenue growth on D2C and Amazon by designing and automating high‑performance advertising strategies and experiments. Expect to own everything from granular keyword bids to big‑picture channel strategy—always backed by data, code, and rapid A/B tests.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect & optimise Amazon PPC + DSP (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) with self‑built rules that hit ROAS/ACOS targets while fuelling topline growth.Automate at scale: Write logic‑based rules (bid adjustments, budget scaling, keyword pausing, ASIN targeting) via APIs, scripts, or third‑party tools; measure impact in real time.Deep‑dive analytics: Identify patterns, anomalies, and growth levers using SQL‑driven analysis across large datasets (ad logs, retail metrics, search terms).Experiment like a growth hacker: Rapidly design A/B tests on creatives, placements, targeting logic, and funnel steps; iterate based on statistical significance.Decode attribution paths to uncover drop‑offs and influence product, pricing, and merchandising roadmaps.Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor moves and beta‑testing new Amazon ad formats with agency and Amazon account teams.What Success Looks Like30‑day: Baseline current campaigns, ship first automation script, surface 3 quick‑win growth levers.90‑day: Deliver a 20 % lift in sales velocity with stable or improved ACOS; launch self‑service dashboard used by leadership.12‑month: Contribute to doubling marketplace revenue through iterative, data‑driven campaign innovations.What You’ll Bring0–2 years in performance marketing, data analytics, or related internship/project work (exceptional fresh grads welcome).Exceptional quantitative chops: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, strong SQL; familiarity with Python a plus.Comfort with APIs and building custom automations for bid management or reporting.Proven ability to structure hypotheses, run controlled experiments, and iterate quickly.Growth mindset—willingness to test, fail fast, learn, and scale winning bets.Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similarly rigorous field.
