Senior Success Manager – U.S. Tax ServicesLocation: Remote (Working Hours – EST)Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in lead generation, business development, or client success (preferably in finance/tax industry)About the Role:Adeptd is looking for a driven and proactive Senior Success Manager to lead client engagement efforts in our U.S. tax services vertical. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development or client management, especially within financial or tax domains.You will be the bridge between our company and our clients identifying leads, presenting our services, handling onboarding, and maintaining lasting relationships to ensure client success.Key Responsibilities:Present services to potential clients, lead pitch calls, and close deals.Identify and qualify potential leads across various platforms.Manage all client communications via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.Maintain and update the CRM with lead and client activity.Take ownership of client onboarding and documentation processes.Continuously monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements.Support marketing and outreach campaigns to drive engagement.Assist in cross-selling and upselling the company’s services.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, client success, or business development.Prior experience in the U.S. tax services or financial industry is a strong plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Confident in presenting and explaining services to clients.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.Proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email communication tools, and research methods.If you're a sharp communicator, a confident closer, and passionate about delivering value to clients, we'd love to connect with you.Apply now or share with someone who fits this role!Email: hr@
