Job Description

We are seeking a HRIS domain techno functional specialist who combines deep end to end HR process knowledge with strong technical skills in defining the overall data dependency for payroll applications.The position is for a consultant role who will be responsible for providing industry inputs and technical benchmarks. A daily availability of 5 to 6 hours would be necessary. Post initial stage, the day to day participation will change with focus on governance and continued adaptation.Key ExpectationsExperienceAt least 5 to 6 years relevant experience in HRIS technology building, payroll application process flow, deep understanding of end to end HR workflow, ideally within a staffing environment multi-node deployment (multi-company, multi-location and multiple client distribution).Proven understanding of data dependencies and process variations across the full payroll life cycle.Technical & Functional ExpertiseDirect, practical experience configuring database parameters and core data structures that underpin payroll processing and statutory compliance.Has actively participated in core development of any payroll application and has the competency to guide and analyze protocols, dependency structures and schema structure required for a payroll setup.Demonstrated ability to design and document payroll process blueprints, ensuring accurate alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation.Complete understanding of Indian compliance regulations in effect for manpower services and staffing.Project InvolvementActive participation in defining, guiding, and overseeing the application’s schema design and overall process map for an end-to-end HRMS payroll application.Ongoing collaboration with stakeholders to validate data models, optimize processing efficiency, and maintain data integrity encompassing all relevant and applicable compliance throughout the payroll system’s development lifecycle.Help create a flexible and dynamic structure capable of modifying or inserting variables and regulatory demands as and when changes occur while retaining historical patterns and runtime executions.
