Job Description:The Paid Social Specialist position requires you to manage and optimize paid social media campaigns and conduct performance analysis for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant social media channels. Your collaboration with the digital marketing team will focus on creating strategies that boost engagement levels and improve conversion rates alongside return on investment. The ideal candidate for this position needs a thorough knowledge of social media advertising combined with both creative skills and a strong focus on data analysis.Key Responsibilities:Organize and administer paid social media advertising campaigns on various platforms.Track campaign performance while making necessary adjustments to achieve key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS. ).Perform A/B testing to boost the performance quality and effectiveness of advertisements.Work together with the creative team to produce engaging ad copy and visual materials.Assess campaign results and provide consistent performance reports to both clients and internal management.Continue to monitor developments in industry trends as well as new platform characteristics and best practices.Distribute budgets and allocate resources effectively between campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment.Explore and propose fresh avenues for advancement and refinement in social media strategy development.Requirements:Candidates should have demonstrated experience in Paid Social Specialist or Digital Advertising Specialist positions or equivalent areas.A deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and advertising platforms for Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads as well as other social media channels.The candidate must demonstrate expertise in analyzing campaign performance along with the ability to use reporting tools and make decisions based on data analysis.The candidate should demonstrate their capacity to oversee numerous campaigns at once without losing focus on important details.Creative thinking and strong communication skills.The candidate should have previous A/B testing experience as well as knowledge of optimizing ad creatives.The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical abilities along with expertise in Google Analytics and Facebook Insights or comparable tracking platforms.Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar fields but we consider applicants without these degrees.Why Join Us?Work with a passionate and innovative team.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Competitive salary and benefits package.Our team offers flexible working schedules together with an excellent balance between work and personal life.Collaborative and inclusive company culture.
