At Epik, we're reimagining the future of online shopping.Job Title: Inside Sales ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore, India Experience Required: 0–3 Years Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (Kannada preferred) Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities: Outbound Communication: Make outbound calls to customers to confirm and book demo appointments. Engage and follow up with customers via WhatsApp to share product/demo information and finalize bookings. Demo Coordination & Allocation: Allocate demos to field demo specialists based on their geographical zones. Monitor demo schedules and ensure efficient resource utilization. Inbound Query Handling: Manage incoming WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls from customers. Provide timely, clear, and helpful responses to address customer needs. Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records of calls, bookings, and interactions in CRM systems.Use Google Sheets to track, update, and report key metrics related to demos and customer engagement. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in customer support, coordination, or telesales roles. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus). Proficient in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
