We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering our client projects frominception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and withinbudget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, andstakeholders, to drive project success and deliver high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, coordinating resources and schedules.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with the company's objectives.Create and manage project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to keep everyone informed of project progress.Monitor project performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.Ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies in project management, such as Agile or Scrum.Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.Analyse project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development, with a track record of successful project delivery.Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus.Experience:• Project management in Loyalty or Payment sector is a significant plus.
