We’re here to change the way you move.What You’ll Drive: • IP Portfolio Management: You’ll oversee filings, prosecution, and maintenance of trademarks, patents, and industrial designs worldwide, ensuring our IP is always protected and future-ready. • IP Strategy: You’ll develop and implement IP strategies that support our growth—brand protection, innovation capture, and risk management. • Advisory Partner: You’ll provide expert legal advice to teams across product, marketing, licensing, and sponsorships, enabling confident decisions. • Enforcement & Disputes: You’ll lead enforcement actions, oppositions, and disputes, working with external counsel to defend our rights. • Due Diligence: You’ll support partnerships, acquisitions, and licensing deals by ensuring thorough IP due diligence. • Internal Awareness: You’ll build IP awareness by conducting training sessions that empower teams to integrate IP best practices. • Data Protection & Compliance: You’ll drive data protection strategies and ensure regulatory compliance. • General Commercial Work: You’ll draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements that move our business forward.What You’ll Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.). • At least 5 years’ experience in IP law, ideally in sports, apparel, consumer goods, or technology. • Proven expertise in trademarks, patents, and design filings, including international filings (Madrid Protocol, PCT). • Solid understanding of IP enforcement, litigation, and licensing. • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills. • Passion for sports and innovation is a plus.Why Agilitas? • Work with a team that’s reimagining sports and innovation. • Influence our global IP strategy in a high-impact role. • Competitive compensation and benefits. • A collaborative culture built on creativity and integrity.
