The role also involves P&L ownership, ensuring financial sustainability and strategic growth.Key Responsibilities:Project & Program Management: Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.P&L Management: Own financial performance, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.Data Analytics & AI: Drive data-driven insights for underwriting and claims optimization.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-Suit business leaders, clients, and technical teams to align technology with strategic goals.Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to methodologies, regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.Process Optimization: Implement automation, DevOps, and API integrations for operational efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:18+ years of experience in insurance technology, cloud transformation, and project/program management.Expertise in Microsoft Azure, AI/ML, and analytics platforms.Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance ecosystem.Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage budgets, and drive innovation.B Tech/ BE and MBA, advantage to have relevant insurance certifications preferred.
